INTERESTED IN PEOPLE'S GENERAL?
I look forward to getting feedback on how to improve these campaigns as well as anything else that might apply to this document.
Thanks,

Overwrite any existing files with the new ones. Optional: Make a backup of the existing files first by seeing which files will be overwritten by viewing the contents of the .zip file.
I have included this campaign summary so that you can determine your own path to some extent or other. My campaign patch allows you to Lose and still see your score.

A number of us have been rapidly upgrading People's General in much the same way that PG2 has been upgraded by its ardent fans (including myself). If you would like to contribute, then please come on over! Your Builder's Paradise User ID should work at the People's General forum as well. DON'T HAVE THE GAME? Then let me know, and I will try to get you a CD.

To Lasse Jensen for making the utilities that have allowed me to make these updates. I would also like to thank Fred Chandla, Mark Kirby, Steve Strayer, Steve Brown, among others, who have been so instrumental in getting me interested in doing all of this. I would also like to thank my wonderful wife, Janel Sengupta, who puts up with me working on this stuff between Midnight to 3 am most evenings.
A very special thanks goes to the creators of PG2 and People’s General, who have developed such interesting and extendable games.

[1] Losses in this column were where SSI designed the campaign to end. I have set those up to exit, but still give you your results.
[2] I have only entered Difficulties for some scenarios when I could remember. It’s been a while since I have played… J
[3] Sometimes the same scenario shows up more than once. That can be because the campaign designers have different prestige point allowances or different music or video files, etc.
[4] There is a code that I don’t understand that may give the user some option to go to either scenario, but it is probably the number to the left.
[5] Ditto
[6] What’s interesting is that I never knew that this and the remaining scenarios existed at all since I never triggered this path. Now I’m going to have to replay this campaign and use this document to get to these scenarios!

[9] This name looks wrong, but it is right. Both of my campaigns use the same file names, so only one of them can be installed at one time. The reason? It made development much more rapid and assured the highest quality.
[10] Salerno, Advance on St. Lo, Caen, Arracourt, Metz and Dessau are all original scenarios created by authors of PGII.
[11] Modification of Seelow Heights scenario by authors of PGII.
